Today’s Topic: Differentiating Between Goals, Values, & Intentions (5 minute video).

Grab a pen and paper and make a list of your own personal VALUES, INTENTIONS, & GOALS!

Values = What Brings You Meaning & Happiness (For example: “I value my health”).

Intentions = This Is What I Want To Do/Achieve (For example: “I would like to improve on my health”).

Goals = A Specific Plan Of Action Is Needed (For example: Following a meal plan, working out twice a week, etc).
