I truly believe that exercise and staying active (combined with adequate rest) is an excellent way to reduce stress, increase wellness, and create balance in your life.
I have experienced the discomfort of living with scoliosis and fibromyalgia, and this has given me a greater understanding regarding fitness and its capacity to help with pain management.
